Take your time with the game and learn it at your leisure.  It's kind of like using training wheels on your bike.  At this point in your life everything should be low impact and this ball is no different.  Focus on this fun game and leave the science to us.  Weighing in at a mere 5.5 oz with a 26" circumference, we left nothing to chance.  Along with our famous attention to detail, we added an optic yellow cover that can take a real beating.  We really built this Starter to reduce the risk of head injuries.  We just didn't realize how much fun it would be to play with it.
